2 Description of Service

TinyRipple is a privacy-first personal wellness application that provides ADHD-friendly micro-actions, context-aware recommendations, and personal insights. The app operates entirely on your device - no account creation is required and no personal information is collected or stored on our servers.

3 No Account Required

TinyRipple does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the app. All your preferences, settings, and usage data are stored locally on your device and remain under your full control at all times.

4 Premium Subscription

Premium features are available through paid subscription plans managed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. All billing, payment processing, and subscription management is handled by the respective platform. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

TinyRipple does not have access to your payment information. Please review Apple's or Google's terms for details on billing.

5 User Conduct

By using TinyRipple, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the application
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the app in any way that could cause harm to others

6 Not a Medical Tool

TinyRipple is a personal wellness and productivity support tool. It is not a medical device, therapy service, or mental health treatment. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health condition.

7 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TinyRipple - including the micro-action catalog, algorithm, design, and copy - are owned by TinyRipple and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8 Limitation of Liability

TinyRipple is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

9 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
